Hector V. Perez is the CEO and Founder of Quantum FBI, LLC, a strategic finance and business intelligence consulting firm focused on driving change through strategic finance, improved processes, technology and analytics. Hector is a results oriented senior executive and business leader with 25 years of global experience across industries. During this time Hector has helped public, private and non-profit entities improve their operating performance by bringing strategic insights to their organizations. He has a proven track record of achieving results and driving change through influence and governance. Hector has leveraged his deep analytical and leadership skills to drive growth through business development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning and change management.

Hector was Sr. Director and Head of Group Financial Planning and Analysis at TAM (TIAA Asset Management), a leading asset manager with $1 trillion in assets under management. In this capacity, Hector delivered strategic business intelligence to senior leadership, TIAA’s Operating Committee and the TIAA Board of Directors. Prior to TIAA, Hector was a Client Service Partner at Tatum, a management and advisory consulting firm focused on accounting, finance, technology, and operations advisory services catered to the private equity industry. Hector began his career at PwC where he had a diverse career over 15 years including roles in Assurance, Transaction Services, and the Office of the CFO.

Hector has held various community leadership roles including National President and Chair of the Board of ALPFA, Executive Committee Member and Treasurer of ACG New York (the Association for Corporate Growth), Board Member at Schools That Can, and Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee for the Health Care Chaplaincy.
